What You Can Expect
Are you new to breath movement? You're in a safe and nurturing space to explore this healing modality with Rachel.
Before our session, Rachel will reach out to discuss your intentions for this journey. A lot of care goes into curating a personalized experience that aligns with your energy, including a custom musical playlist just for you.
Once online together, we will discuss the layout of your session and that may include starting with an embodiment practice or meditation. These integrative breath sessions can be done lying down or staying seated, whatever you feel called to do. We’ll practice the breath pattern together a few times to ensure it feels good in your body, and based on our conversation, we’ll co-create a mantra to guide your experience.
From there, we’ll begin the journey.
My guidance is trauma-informed and always comes with an invitation to shape your experience. The breath patterns that are selected for these sessions empower you to seamlessly incorporate this practice into your daily life!
